At American
we consider welding a part of our value-added philosophy
for our customers. American Roll Form has the ability to
weld your part by mig, tig, arc and spot welding.
Based
on close relationships with our customers we identified
a need for greater flexibility in the welding process.
Because of this we have recently added a state-of-the-art
robotic welding center. Now we also have the ability
to robotically weld your sections.
Our robot is a Panasonic that is capable of welding
sections while at the same time loading the jig with
the next sections to be welded. This robot is extremely
accurate, high speed and guarantees cost efficiency
for your welded sections.
aWe work closely with our customers to insure the
best welding operation possible for their particular
section. Because of the various types of welding
we perform, you have several options as to the best
method for welding your sections.
Now that we have welded your sections we are ready
to powder coat, assemble and package them to your
specifications!
