In order to achieve this goal, American Roll Form created American Roll Form University to accomplish the task of continuous education for all employees through workplace based education.

American Roll Form University provides workplace-based education to all employees. Courses are offered in math, reading, writing, computer applications, leadership, teamwork, as well as the ability to earn your GED. Courses are held on siteand on the clock, so employees are paid for going to classes.
